We carry baby clothing in sizes preemie to 4T. We specialize in newborn coming home outfits and milestone portrait outfits but we do have a few items in toddler sizes.
Most of the outfits on our site are restocked monthly. Brands such as Baby Loren, Pixie Lily, Paty Inc and Sweet Dreams are usually available year round.
You should always wash your baby's clothing prior to wearing but yes most of our outfits are made of high quality pima cotton fabric which are safe for baby's skin.
There is very little difference between size newborn and 0-3M baby clothing. Most outfits are about 1/4 inch difference across the shoulders and 1/2 to 1 inch longer.

Newborn take home sets common include a romper, footie, or gown with accessories such a hat or bonnet, scratch mittens, booties or socks and a swaddle blanket. We sell all items separately so you can customize your take home set as you wish.
